Payments

We can now accept payments for annual support agreements and ad hoc support visits via a direct debit mandate. All payments are agreed in advance and are protected by the Direct Debit gurantee.

Phase 1:

Set up

Set up direct debit mandate

Fill out the simple form to set up a direct debit mandate with your bank.

Phase 2:

Approval

Direct debit mandate is approved by your bank

Your bank sets up a direct debit agreement so that we can request funds with the peace of mind that all payments are fully protected by the Direct Debit gurantee.

Phase 3:

Request

We request payment

You will recieve notification via email of any new payments or subscriptions that we request, then payments are taken a few days later with no action required by you. Payments appear in your bank statement with our partners name "GoCardless" and BrownHen as a reference.
